Malawi economy is on the path to recovery and its growth will move from the projected of 3-5 percent expected in 2018, followed by a rise to 6-7 percent over the medium term- the International Monetary Fund has said. The IMF also projects lower inflation that could settle around 5% which will be the lowest in years for Malawi.
