TRAVEL ADVICE TO THOSE TRAVELLING TO THE UK FROM MALAWI

    The UK government has put restrictions for travellers from Malawi into the UK. From 4am on Saturday 9 January, visitors arriving into the UK who have been in or transited through Malawi in the previous 10 days will not be permitted entry.

    British and Irish citizens, and third country nationals with residence rights in the UK arriving in the UK from Malawi need to self-isolate along with their households on their return. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/malawi

    Malawians are discouraged from travelling at this particular time.
